Auditory feedback is on our roadmap but it is not available yet. The data visual for there for those that want to study and experiment with the Muse headset. We are currently focusing on adding soothing music tracks to combine with the binaural beats. This is the most requested feature to help beginners get into meditation practice.
This is an example of how I use it :
Pick a binaural beat (ex: 3 Hz for Delta - ie. for sleep)
Pick a base frequency (ex: 100 Hz)
Pick a soundtrack (ex: Deep Sleep)
Pick a time duration (ex: 15 min)
Press the "Begin" button to start your session
Put on your earphones
Listen to the sound and let it entrance you for 15 minutes.
After that, you can just go to sleep like normal. Your brain will still be in entrainment and help you stay in a deep sleep that night.
I’m happy to hear it. I’m pretty confused as to how to use the app. Does it offer auditory feedback when you’r brain waves are hitting a targeted ratio ? Or can You only determine that by looking at the data. It’s not really possible to do that while meditating.
